Around 15 years ago I started suffering with all sorts of health conditions, including mental health issues.

I ended up with a very severe depression which had no apparent cause. The depression was so bad that I seriously contemplated suicide.

I did eventually manage to track down the cause of the depression which came from a very unexpected and surprising source. I won't go into the details here because it's a very complicated issue and needs a book all of it's own. (I'll be writing that book later). However, it became apparent to me that the source of the problem is responsible for much of the mental health crisis we are seeing today. Sadly, the authorities refuse to accept this cause as do most people in general.

However, my purpose here is to deal with self-image issues and help you come to terms with how you view yourself. Having had my own self image issues I know how problematic this can be and how it can rob you of joy.

Recently though, I learned a very simple technique that can help you change your perception of yourself for life...

This exercise only takes 10 to 15 minutes and you only need to do it ONCE. Yet it will change how you view yourself forever!

How is this possible?

The key is in understanding how the mind works.

By understanding how our brain works we can make sense of why we act the way we do and why we feel the way we do. With this knowledge we can find out who we really are and this will help us change our self image to a more positive one.

Don't worry though, I'm not going to give you a complicated biology lesson on the workings of the brain, just a very basic over-view that anyone can understand.

Change for the better

Our self image has a huge impact on how we interact with other people and how they interact with us. If our self image is broken, and we have the wrong view of ourselves, then we are not going to achieve our best.

When I learned the 15 minute exercise it had a profound impact on me and helped me to see myself in a whole new light.
